Claude ai space generates source code from your description, using your own Anthropic API key. Generation quality depends on the underlying AI model and is provided "as is" — always review generated code before relying on it, especially for anything security- or payment-related.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and API key confidential, and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Don't use the service to generate or distribute malware, to attack or scrape other systems, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass its rate limits or security controls.
Code generated for you is yours to use, modify, and ship — including commercially. We claim no ownership over your generated output.
Where payments are enabled, prices are shown before you pay and are processed by Stripe.
Prompt packs and generated apps are digital content delivered to you instantly once payment completes (a download, or a live generation session). At checkout, you explicitly confirm this instant delivery and agree to it — which, where applicable under your local consumer law, waives your right to withdraw from that specific purchase once delivery has started.
Because of that, sales are final once a prompt pack has been downloaded or a generation has started. If what you received genuinely doesn't match its description (e.g. the wrong files, a failed generation, a technical fault on our side), contact support@claude-ai.space within 7 days of purchase — we handle these case by case and in good faith.
Receipts issued after payment are plain payment receipts, not fiscally certified invoices. If you need an official invoice for accounting (e.g. a Portuguese "fatura" via certified invoicing software), contact support with your receipt number.
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for losses arising from generated code, downtime, or account suspension for policy violations, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
